Sarvaangeen Krishi Samadhan Foundation is launching the “Krishi Samadhan” web portal to help farmers get fair value for their produce. Under this project, opportunities are being provided to local youth in every Panchayat to work as a Krishi Mitra (Agriculture Friend).
A Krishi Mitra, as an independent self-employed professional, will:

Connect farmers with their local Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)

Fulfill agricultural/horticultural requirements through the FPO

Assist farmers in selling their produce online
A Krishi Mitra will not receive a fixed salary, but will earn an honorarium based on performance and achievements. The role requires no personal investment. The Foundation will provide a franchise license and training to Krishi Mitras completely free of cost.
The project will initially be launched in selected districts of North India, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, and after one year, it will be implemented across the entire country.
Eligibility Criteria to Become a Krishi Mitra

Education: Candidate must have passed at least 10th standard.

Technical Skills: Must be proficient in using a smartphone.

Age: Between 20 to 50 years.

Special Skills: Honest, hardworking, physically fit, and having good knowledge about local agricultural produce, production, and marketing.

Selection Process:

After applying online, the applicant will receive a link to an online test via email.

The test can be taken at the applicant’s convenience.

Candidates scoring more than 70% will be notified via email to complete document verification.
